Finding the drain hole

On the rear wall of your refrigerator near the bottom is a drain hole [Figure: 1]. It collects he water that is running down the back wall and brings it to the evaporator tray on the rear of the unit. To find it, remove the food from the bottom shelf of the fridge. You should find that the drain hole is blocked and water is not able to flow down through it.
