Return Policy and Warranty
Parts Orders Return Policy
Parts purchased from Euro-Parts can be returned as long as they are unused and in their original packaging. Original and return freight costs are not covered. Customers need a return authorization number from the Euro-Parts Return Department before they can return a part. Exceptions and requirements are listed below:
- Electrical parts are non-returnable and warranty only covers material defects. All sales are final.
- Glass has no warranty, and a credit would not be issued for the return until the glass is returned in perfect condition.
- Items must be in original packaging and condition and all returns must be accompanied by the original receipt.
- Euro-Parts reserves the right to refuse a part return if the part returned is damaged or used. In this case no credit will be issued.
- The buyer will be responsible for return shipping and, at Euro-Parts discretion, a 25% restocking fee may be deducted from the original invoice amount.
- Credits are issued by cheque or etransfer.
- Any exceptions to the above rules must be approved by the manager.

Warranty on Spare Parts
Euro-Parts Canada has a warranty of 90 days on all regular part purchases. Exceptions and requirements listed below:
- Electrical Parts are non-returnable and warranty only covers material defects.
- Glass has no warranty, and a credit would not be issued for a return until the glass is returned in perfect condition, no credit on return freight.
- Parts broken from use or improper installation do not qualify for replacement under warranty, only defective parts.
- Euro-Parts may require pictures sent of the defective part before it can be replaced.
- Euro-Parts may require the defective part be returned in order to replace the part under warranty, check with a technician if needed.
- Any exceptions to the above rules must be approved by the manager.
