From humble beginnings over 30 years ago with a single employee servicing a single brand of appliances, we quickly outgrew our makeshift warehouse and small repair shop, gaining several employees and restructuring into a full-fledged appliance repair service company in 1997.

After a few relocations and additions to our valuable team, we are now the central service centre for five major international appliance brand. We handle service needs across Canada, including after sales-service, warranty work, telephone customer service, parts warehousing, and service network training.

Our most recent move in 2013 to a 27,000 sq.ft. facility has given us the opportunity to grow even further and to better service the brands we have partnered with, by increasing the size of our call centre, further improve managing our parts warehousing, and better serving customers in every way.
