Mar 2, 2016 | HC1000B and HC1000B, Liebherr

If you are having issues with water collecting on the bottom of your fridge or in the crisper, your drain may be clogged. This article will guide you through the steps to remedy the situation. There are two methods for fixing the issue, they are listed below. Finding the drain hole On the rear wall of your refrigerator near the bottom is a drain hole [Figure: 1]. It collects the water that is running down the back wall and brings it to the evaporator tray on the rear of the unit. To find it, remove the food from the bottom shelf of the fridge. You should find that the drain hole is blocked and water is not able to flow down through it.
